• Salary / qualification check — Authority via Pilsonības un migrācijas lietu pārvalde (Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, OCMA/PMLP): OCMA verifies the offered salary and (for the EU Blue Card) the higher-qualification criteria meet the statutory thresholds before approving the invitation.
